How do I return an item?

You can return almost any item within 45 days of delivery as long as items are unused, in their original packaging and original condition. Just send an email with your name, order number, and which items you would like to return to: If you would like an exchange, please list the item you would like in exchange. One of our customer care representatives will reply with a return shipping label within 48 hours. Please print the label and affix to the box. If possible, please return the item in the same box it came in. If this is not possible, any sturdy box that protects the item well will be fine. In either case, please be sure the box is sealed securely before shipping. Once we receive the items, we will either exchange or refund at your request. Items that were shipped due to our error (wrong item, wrong size, etc) will be refunded in full including freight charges. Items returned for any reason other than our error will be credited in full, less the return freight or any expedited freight (2-day, next day air.) All returns will be processed within 48 hours of receipt. The entire process usually takes around 2 weeks, but may take a little longer during the holidays due to shipping delays.
